Our Flat Rate Structure is as follows:
We have a travel and diagnostic fee to travel to your home, troubleshoot your equipment, and provide you with a solution. Most of our repairs are Flat Rate based on a national average in our menu price guide that each technician has. Upon the acceptance of the solution we will waive the diagnostic fee; you either pay for the repair or the diagnostic fee. NEVER BOTH. The Diagnostic fee is $89.00 plus a $5.00 Truck charge.
